1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at bdbajer's sole discretion, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account usage will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbajer Platform — including but not limited to the bdbajer brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdbajer or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, bdbajer's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bdbajer's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdbajer account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and confirmation that there are no pending investigations related to your account.

12.3 Termination by bdbajer

bdbajer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, or for any other reason that bdbajer deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players. 12.4 Governing Law
